Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PlayGoOn app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using PlayGoOn, you agree to these Terms.

Using PlayGoOn

PlayGoOn helps tennis and pickleball players find and arrange games with others nearby. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and provide accurate information when you sign up.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
• You may not impersonate others or create accounts using false information.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

You may delete your account from the app's Settings screen. Account deletion is permanent and removes or anonymizes associated personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your conduct

When using PlayGoOn, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other players.
• Post false, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Use the Service for anything other than arranging and playing games in good faith.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service.
• Spam users, manipulate rankings or results, or misuse reporting and safety tools.

You can report or block users through the Service. We may review reports and remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable action to protect users and enforce these Terms.

Meeting other players

PlayGoOn connects you with other people to play sports. You meet and play with others at your own risk. We do not verify the identity, conduct, or skill of every player, and we are not responsible for what happens during games or meetups arranged through the Service. Use common sense and meet in public places.

Content

You keep ownership of the content you add, such as your profile photo, biography, group information, match results, and messages. You grant PlayGoOn a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the right to post your content.

Coaches and payments

Coach profiles, listed rates, and booking requests are informational scheduling tools. Unless PlayGoOn expressly introduces an in-app payment feature, payment arrangements are made directly between users, and PlayGoOn is not a party to those transactions.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or suited to your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PlayGoOn is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service, including injuries, disputes, or losses related to games arranged through the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PlayGoOn after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
